CBT2-F2*** series gear pump is dynamic component of the hydraulic system. It features high precision gears, high strength aluminum-alloy shell, float bushings, and DU bearings. It has the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, high efficiency, low noise, and high reliability, etc. It is widely used in the hydraulic system and hydraulic power unit. Counterclockwise direction pump are available.Gear pumps are also widely used in chemical installations to pump high viscosity fluids. There are two main variations: external gear pumps which use two external spur gears, and internal gear pumps which use an external and an internal spur gear (internal spur gear teeth face inwards, see below). Gear pumps are positive displacement (or fixed displacement), meaning they pump a constant amount of fluid for each revolution. Some gear pumps are designed to function as either a motor or a pump.Gear pumps use the actions of rotating cogs or gears to transfer fluids.  The rotating element develops a liquid seal with the pump casing and creates suction at the pump inlet.  Fluid, drawn into the pump, is enclosed within the cavities of its rotating gears and transferred to the discharge.  There are two basic designs of gear pump: external and internal
